   Test if the network is reachable, ping the IoTBoX address on your host. If the address is not reachable, you need to configure your computer’s IP so that the computer and IoTBoX are on the same network segment

2. What should I do if I forget the IoTBoX address?

   • Disconnect all wired connections, insert a SIM card, and access through VPN on the IoTBoX management platform
   • IoTBoX’s network port one has a built-in fixed IP address 192.168.253.254, you can use this IP address to access
